Tiona Rhea Jacobucci (née Sorrels), 80, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born on October 7, 1945, in Tarentum, Pennsylvania, Tiona devoted her life to caring for others. She spent her entire career in healthcare, where her compassion, kindness, and gentle spirit touched countless lives.
Tiona was known for her love of dancing, her quick wit, her love of the Pittsburgh Steelers and her talent to make everyone feel at home.
Left behind to mourn her are children - daughters Tara Jacobucci, Tracy Pagano (Jacobucci)son in law Michael, son Todd Jacobucci; her brother Jody Perriello, her beloved grandchildren, Thomas Gallagher, Taylor Daniels, Joshua Daniels, Gabriella Pagano, and Dominic Pagano; and her cherished great grandson Wren Gallagher.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Tiona's memory to Pup & Cat Co., an animal rescue filled with people she loved(especially Patricia)at pupandcatco.com/donate

Rest In Peace 🙏 my dear 🧡 friend. I have know you since 1964. We had so much fun together. I remember all the nights talking on the phone when y I u were working the 11 to 7 shift at the hospital. You were the kindest person anyone could have for a friend. I could go on and on. I will keep the memories forever. Most of all you were a wonderful mother..You always ❤️ put them first. So sorry I didnt get to see you. I can hear you now, saying Ireen, how are you doing today!. Which of course my name was Arlene. We would laugh about it.
