Add A CondolenceSheila Parnell will be greatly missed in this world. During her years at Emmanuel College, she ministered to many people. A talented actress, her amazing singing voice was also legendary. She was a mentor and a "Mama" to many of her fellow students. After graduation, she went on to lead boys in the Royal Rangers ministry at Outpost 5 at Tarkenton Memorial Church, Athens, Ga. She was a compassionate and fun leader to her boys ages 5 to 8. Those boys are now grown men who benefited from her love and Christian example. Those of us who knew Shelia will miss her joyful personality and fun-loving ways. She was a good friend to all of us. We are thankful that she is at home with Jesus and free from all earthly cares. Don & Terri Collins
Sheila was a such a fun person and a great example of wonderful Christian lady. She was one of my students at Emmanuel College in the early 90's🥰
I will miss my sweet friend. She was always a delight. Peace and prayers for her family.
