Obituary For Mary Sue Geiger

Mary Sue Geiger, 71 of Danielsville, went to her heavenly home on March 16, 2020 after battling a long illness. She was born on December 28, 1948 to M. Sue of Adel and the late M. Russell Fleetwood in Moultrie, GA.

Mary Sue loved her family and holidays and family get togethers were very special to her. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her spouse of 52 years F. David Geiger, Danielsville; a son, Joseph & Misty Geiger of Danielsville; two daughters, Jennifer Geiger of Danielsville and Jessica & Lamar Campbell of Danielsville; 5 grandchildren, Briana & Zacc Reynolds of Jefferson, Maegan and Jacob Doffmeyer of Commerce, Jacob Geiger of Danielsville, Liam Campbell of Danielsville and Jaina Campbell also of Danielsville. Along with her mother she is also survived by two sisters, Mattie Lou & Harold Warren of Lake Park and Phyllis Bryan of Adel, a brother, M. Russell (Rusty), Jr. and Paula Fleetwood of Valdosta; several nieces and nephews; three sisters-in-law, Latrelle Batten of North Carolina and Miriam Geiger and Rosalyn & Ric Thiele of Texas.

Upon Mary Sue’s request a funeral will not be held, but the family will hold a memorial service at a later date that will be announced. The family wants to thank everyone for all their thoughts and prayers throughout the last several years. It has meant so much to her and the family.
