Central Cremation Services respectfully announces the passing of Marvin Dale Aikens of Auburn Georgia on March 2nd, 2024

Marvin Dale Aikens age 66, of Auburn GA passed away peacefully at his home Saturday March 2,2024.
He was preceded in death by his mother Evelyn and stepfather Paul McClain. Grandparents Claude and Grace Aikens, Brothers Tommy and Billy Pursley.

Dale was a heavy machine operator for 45 years. He enjoyed being outside and loved making people smile and laugh with his crazy sense of humor. His smile would light up a room, and to know him was to love him.

He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years Kathy Aikens of Auburn GA, Brother’s Joe Pursley(Michelle) of Jefferson GA, Timothy Pursley (Melinda) of Jefferson GA, Allen Aikens (Mary Evelyn) of Dacula GA Sister’s Janet Kimsey of Jefferson GA, Runelle Murray(Jim) of Jefferson GA. Children
Kevin Aiknes (Angie Lim) of Atlanta GA, Brandon Aikens of Tampa Fl, Tawana Boehmer (Michael) of Winnabow NC, Sherry Whigham of Winder GA, Cristy Morley (Eric) of Dahlonega GA, Michael Rowe of Auburn GA. 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

The family will have a celebration of life With officiating Rev.Wayne Knight and Eric Morley. This celebration honoring Dale will be held Saturday April 6, 2024 from 1-4 at Hurricane Shoals Park. 416 Hurricane Shoals Rd. Maysville, GA 30558. (There is a $5 parking fee)

We will have a memory box. If you have a special memory, favorite photo, story, Bible verse or just want to write a note for Kathy to keep.
