Obituary For Kelly K. Stroup
Kelly K Stroup, aged 60, originally from MI, died the morning of Jan. 1st, 2026.
Survived by his wife Diana L Stroup, son William Stroup and wife Amanda with granddaughter River His parents Pat Stroup of MI and Russ Stroup of MI, sister Sherry Becket of MI, SIL Penny Moen of MI, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Also many loved ones including Elizabeth Mattingly, Jacob Scarborough, Hunter Howington, Aiden Mattingly, Kaydence Dockery, Audrey Dockery, and Rowen Scarborough. along with many friends.
Preceded in death by his brother Rodney Stroup and grandparents.
He graduated from North Branch High School, relocating to GA in 1983. He loved the outdoors working for two local golf courses. He most recently worked for a local construction company. He loved to hunt, fish, camp and play golf, teaching his sons and grandson a love of the outdoors.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday March 14, 2026 at Christ Lutheran Church, 3612 Old Oakwood Rd., Oakwood GA. 2-4:30.

Add A CondolenceStill struggling with the sudden loss of a good man. I think of him every day and how we pretty much grew up together. He was like a little brother to me. Very special. He is in the arms of Jesus now and no more suffering for him, however, we will carry the pain of him leaving us behind for a long time. Rest easy Kelly, you have earned it.
