Danny was predeceased by his wife of 26 years, Gail Maxwell Chapman, and is survived by his wife Melody (married in 2010), as well as his sister, Vicki Rosendale (Howard), Sheila Latiff (Mark), Mark Chapman (Roxie), and Scott Chapman (Kay).

A graveside service will be held on May 16, 2026, in Orlando, Florida.
