Obituary For Dale Mabry Fawbush

Dale Mabry Fawbush, age 77, of Pendergrass, GA passed away peacefully on Friday, May 5, 2023 after battling cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents Tom Fawbush and Hazel Fawbush, sister Susan Fawbush, brothers Tommy “Doodie” Fawbush and Rick Fawbush, grandson Lucas Williams, and nephew Ricky Fawbush. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Judy Fawbush, son Jesse Fawbush (Thaija), and daughters Heather Pontiff, Anna Fawbush, and Amy Boone, 8 grandchildren, brothers Don Fawbush (Susan) and Mike Fawbush (Becky), and several nieces and nephews.

Dale was born on July 29, 1945 in Canon, GA. He was a millwright and mechanic working at AT&T Technologies and owning and operating an auto repair garage. Dale always had a positive attitude, was willing to help others, was very friendly, and was a very loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He spent many years playing and coaching softball including coaching youth leagues with all of his children. He loved to play pool, darts, and golf and was a huge car enthusiast.

Dale will be cremated and a private memorial with family will be held.
