Obituary For Betty Jane Moon
With heartfelt respect, Central Cremation Services shares the passing of Betty Jane Moon, age 77, of Statham, Georgia, on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026.
Betty was born on Friday, January 16th, 1948.
She was an amazing strong woman who never let her faith waiver even in the most difficult times a person can go through. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband Chalmers Moon, daughter Dana DeVoid, grandchildren Roman Leyva, De Anna Krech, Tierney Rogers, and Cody Leyva and great grandchildren Michael, AJ, Hunter, Esther Rey, and Tallulah.
There will be a service on January 24th, 2026
with visitation at 2:30 pm followed by the service at 4:00 pm.
