Anthony "Tony" Richard Heinkel of Braselton, 51, passed away on Sunday July 26th, at NorthEast Georgia Medical Center with his wife Bonnie at his side.

Anthony "Tony" was born August 26th, 1968 in Decatur, Illinois. He is survived by his wife Bonnie, parents Robert and Nancy Hughes Danielsville, GA and Richard and Judy Heinkel Decatur, IL; step-son Kevin Bohannon. 4 brothers and 3 sisters: Tom Hughes (Stayce) Amelia Island, FL, Bill Hughes (Beverly) Tampa, FL, Tamara Laing (Jay) Boynton Beach, FL, Theodore Heinkel (Kimberly) Boynton Beach, FL, Tricia Huth (Brian) Danielsville, GA, Jamie Martin (Jami) Decatur. IL, and Emily Watts (Jeff) Decatur, IL. Nieces and Nephews: Brandon Heinkel, Nicole Schmidt, David Hughes, Stephanie Laing, MacKenzie Martin, Kyleigh Martin, Libby and Alex Tuttle, Erin Green, Jade Heinkel, Jessica Anderson, Bryce Hughes, Bailey Bonilla, Davin Zarate, Gibbi Johnson, Kristin Heinkel, Gabriel Huth, Corinne Federico, Madeline Huth, and Danielle Federico. Great nieces and nephews: Baker and Harper Anderson, Eva Hughes, Sophia, Tullulah, and Willa Zarate, Bella and Stella Lombardi, Guisella and Maleah Bonilla, Daniel Cruz, and Maverick Johnson.

Tony will be remembered by his big heart and smile. He was always centered around his family and was always willing to help anyone. He always found the good in people.

There will be a gathering to celebrate Anthony at Blake's of Braselton on Thursday, July 30th from 4-6.
