Gail, I've been blessed to have had 4 very close friends over the years. Al was the top of the list. We spent hours together sharing stories, joy and frustrations, mostly over our kids and grandkids. The night after he died, I laid awake telling Kathy stories about Al, reliving the great times we had together. Joyous with a few tears, mostly joyous. I was truly blessed to have Al as a part of my life. Kathy and I are praying for you.
Gail, I was deeply saddened to learn of Al's passing. He was a great friend, a man you could talk to when you needed someone to listen, and always had a welcoming smile on his face. I like many many others always looked froward to being in his company. I'm sure he is heaven today making someone else feel good. May God bless my friend Al and you and his loving family.
