Mrs. Hazzard transitioned into eternity on Saturday, September 12, 2026.
The Farewell Life Celebration will be held Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 11:00 am from the sanctuary of the Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, 312 AL-239, Union Springs, Alabama.
The eulogy will be given by Reverend Sydney Jernigan.
Interment will follow in the Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
The caring Staff of Carter Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the End-of-Life Care of the late Mrs. Willie Newby Hazzard.
