Carter Funeral Home humbly announces the transition of Mrs. Shirley Harris Mabson of Union Springs, AL.
Known and loved as “Pooche”, Mrs. Mabson, age 62, passed away August 29, 2023, at her residence in Union Springs, AL.
The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Wednesday, September 6, 2023, from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Carter Funeral Home.
The Farewell Life Celebration at Graveside will be held Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 11:00 am from the Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Cemetery in the Aberfoil Community.
Pastor Mary Hudson of the Hardaway AME Church will deliver the message of acceptance.
In accordance with recommended COVID-19 Protocols, all attendees are requested to utilize appropriate facial coverings, maintain social distancing, and minimize physical contact.
The Staff of Carter Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the Final Life Celebration Arrangements for the late Mrs. Shirley Harris Mabson.
