Carter Funeral Home humbly announces the transition of Mr. Qye’Darrious Devante’ Williams (21) of Union Springs, AL. Known and loved as “Toot”, Mr. Williams transitioned into eternity September 14, 2022.
The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday September 23, 2022, from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Carter Funeral Home.
The Final Life Celebration will be held Saturday, September 24, 2022, at 2:00 pm from the Bullock County Career Technical Center. Pastor Timothy Blakely of the Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Mathews, AL will deliver the message of comfort.
Interment will follow all services in the Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Cemetery.
In accordance with recommended COVID-19 Protocols, all attendees are requested to utilize appropriate facial coverings, maintain social distancing, and minimize physical contact.
Qye’Darrious Devante’ Williams was born January 15, 2001, in Montgomery, AL to Wanda Calhoun and Stevie Williams, Sr.
He was educated in the Bullock County School System, graduating as a distinguished member of the Bullock County High School Class of 2019. Qye’Darrious continued his education by attending Fortis College in Montgomery, AL. He was employed by Lockheed Martin in Troy, AL. A beloved son went home to be with the Lord on September 14, 2022. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elonza and Bessie Calhoun.
Qye’Darrious leaves to cherish his memories: a loving mother, Wanda Calhoun; father, Stevie Williams, Sr.; three sisters, Kenashia Williams, Yarkara Calhoun, and Kiraia Dixson; two brothers, Stevie Williams, Jr. and Malik (Ebony) Reid; two grandmothers, Karen Hilton Williams and Carolyn Martin; one grandfather, Robert Jason Williams, all of Union Springs, AL; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
