The Caring Staff of Carter Funeral Home announces the peaceful transition of Ms. Mary L. Davis of Union Springs, Alabama.
Ms. Davis transitioned into eternity, Saturday, September 13, 2025, at the age of 83.
The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday, September 19, 2025, from 2:00pm until 5:00pm at Carter Funeral Home, 302 Carter Street, Union Springs, AL.
The Farewell Life Celebration will be held Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 11:00am from the sanctuary of the Fellowship Baptist Church, 35 Fairview Rd., Midway, AL. The eulogy will be given by Pastor W.J. Glover.
Interment will follow in the Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery.

In my heart and mind I am thankful for the time I had the pleasure of working with her at the bus shop as a bus drivers and later we organized the singing bus driver. We were like family, and oh how we would go places and sing. During that time we were known as the Singing Bus Drive. I love you all and your mother Mrs. Davis will be missed๐๐
