Carter Funeral Home announces the transition of Mr. Henry Lee Johnson, 51, of Union Springs, Alabama on October 27, 2018.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 2:30 from the sanctuary of the First Missionary Baptist Church of Union Springs, Alabama Rev. Gary Lewis, pastor.
The message of hope will be rendered by Pastor Lavasaous A. Candis of the Emmanuel Seventh Day Adventist Church, Plant City, Florida.
Interment will follow in Mason Cemetery
Mr. Johnson will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to Celebration of Life Services.
Public visitation will be held Friday, November 2, 2018 from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Carter Funeral Home.
Henry Lee Johnson was born April 22, 1967 to the late Arma Jean Johnson Feggins and Richard Franklin, Jr. Henry was a fixture in the community as he labored without tiring alongside his close special friend and father figure, Mr. John McCray.
Preceded in death by his mother and son, DeJuan Clark, Henry departed this earthly life, October 27, 2018.
Fond memories will long be cherished by, his wife, Denise Johnson, son, Michael (Vette) Clark, daughter, DeNisha (Rashad) Lee; sisters, Linda (Frederick) Gardner, Pamela (Jerome) Jackson, and Monica Franklin; brothers, Riley Feggins and Lavasier (Yolanda) Feggins; fourteen grandchildren, including Kenisha King, two great grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends including his special friend, Edith Allen and her loving family.
