Carter Funeral Home announces the transition of Mr. Frank Sparks, 68, of Union Springs, Alabama on November 11, 2018 at his residence while in the comfort of his loving family.
Celebration of Life Services and interment will be held Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 1:00 pm from Mason Cemetery.
The eulogy will be rendered by Pastor Samuel Jeudin of the First Union Springs Seventh Day Adventist Church.
