Obituary For Effie Lyons
The Staff of Carter Funeral Home announces the peaceful transition of Ms. Effie Lyons.
Ms. Lyons transitioned into eternity Wednesday February 19, 2025, at the age of 79.
The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday, February 28, 2025, from 2:00pm until 5:00pm at
Carter Funeral Home.
The Farewell Life Celebration will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 2:00pm from the sanctuary of the Second Baptist Church, 4151 Hwy 110, Union Springs, Alabama.
Interment will follow in the Second Baptist Church Cemetery.
The Staff of Carter Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the End-of-Life Care of the late Ms. Effie Lyons.
