Obituary For Edna J. Simmons
The Caring Staff of Carter Funeral Home announces the peaceful transition of Ms. Edna J. Simmons of Union Springs, Alabama.
Ms. Simmons transitioned into eternity, Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at the age of 81.
The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday, September 12, 2025, from 2:00pm until 5:00pm at Carter Funeral Home, 302 Carter Street, Union Springs, AL.
The Farewell Life Celebration will be held Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 11:00am from the sanctuary of the Greenwood Missionary Baptist Church, 1407 Co Rd 7, Fitzpatrick, AL.
The eulogy will be given by Pastor A. Baxter.
Interment will follow in the Mason Cemetery, Union Springs, AL.
The Staff of Carter Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the End-of-Life Care of the late Ms. Edna J. Simmons.
