The Staff of Carter Funeral Home announces the peaceful transition of Mrs. Debra E. Palmer, of Fitzpatrick, AL.
Mrs. Palmer was known and loved by many and transitioned to eternity Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at the of age 66.
The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday, March 22, 2024, from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Carter Funeral Home.
The Farewell Celebration will be held Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 11:00 am from the sanctuary of the Oak Grove #4 Baptist Church, Fitzpatrick, AL.
Words of comfort will be given by Pastor Timothy Blakley.
Interment will follow in the Oak Grove #4 Cemetery.
In accordance with recommended COVID-19 Protocols, all attendees are requested to utilize appropriate facial coverings, maintain social distancing, and minimize physical contact.
