Carter Funeral Home humbly and honorably announces the peaceful transition of Ms. Bettye Tarver Battle, (58) of Auburn, Alabama. Ms. Battle, a native of Midway, AL transitioned into eternity August 5, 2022, at the Baptist Medical Center - South.
The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday, August 12, 2022 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Carter Funeral Home.
The Farewell Celebration at Graveside will be held Saturday, August 13 2022 at 11: 00 am from the St. Mark AME Cemetery of Hurtsboro, AL. The message of comfort and acceptance will be provided by Dr. Orlando Johnson of Union Springs, AL.
In accordance with current CDC protocols and recommendations, all attendees are encouraged to wear facial coverings practice responsible social distancing and minimize physical contact.
