Carter Funeral Home respectfully announces the transition of Mrs. Bessie C. Williams, 87, of Union Springs,Alabama.
The widow of former Bullock County Sheriff, H.O. "Red'" Williams,Mrs. Williams was born August 3,1929. She transitioned into eternity, November 27,2016.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday,December 2,2016 from 2pm until 7 pm at Carter Funeral Home.
Celebration of Life Services will be held Saturday, December 3,2016 at 11 am from the sanctuary of the Mt. Silla Missionary Baptist Churcb, 409 West Locke Avenue, Union Springs. Alabama. Rev. Fred Douglass.pastor.
Words of,comfort will,be rendered by Pastor,Arthur Robinson of the House of Prayer, Notasulga, Alabama.
Interment will follow in Mason Cemetery.
Mrs. Williams will lie in repose at the church one hour to Celebration of Life Services.
