Obituary For Barbara Grey
The Staff of Carter Funeral Home announces the peaceful transition of Ms. Barbara Grey of Clayton, Alabama.
Ms. Grey transitioned into eternity Thursday February 27, 2025, at the age of 55.
The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday, March 7, 2025, from 2:00pm until 5:00pm at Carter Funeral Home, 302 Carter Street, Union Springs, Al.
The Farewell Life Celebration will be held Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 11:00am from the sanctuary of the Shady Grove Baptist Church, 181 County Road 27, Clayton, Alabama.
The eulogy will be given by Pastor Joe Grey.
Interment will follow in the Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
The Staff of Carter Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the End-of-Life Care of the late Ms. Barbara Grey.

Ms. Barbara was such A sweet person very quiet and down to earth if could ever get her to talk was A plus.She would laugh from time to time but our conversation together would be funny. She truly will be missed

Our condolences to Barbara's family, who, most of whom are our County Road 11 neighbors. She will be loved and missed by one of the closest families we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Miss Eula surely did a fine job!!

Mrs. Barbara was a sweet lady. She always had a smile on her face. I taught her son Perry. She was a good mother(raised him to be an awesome young man). I am praying 🙏 for you Perry and your other siblings. To the Grey family I am praying 🙏 God gives all of you strength in the days ahead. ❤️
