Obituary For Artemese Owens
The Staff of Carter Funeral Home announces the transition of Ms. Artemese Owens of Union Springs, Alabama.
Ms. Owens transitioned into eternity Tuesday February 11, 2025, at the age of 82.
The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday, February 21, 2025, from 2:00pm until 5:00pm at Carter Funeral Home.
The Farewell Life Celebration will be held Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 11:00am from the sanctuary of the Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, 312 AL-239, Union Springs, Alabama.
Interment will follow in the Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Cemetery.
The Staff of Carter Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the End-of-Life Care of the late Ms. Artemese Owens.

My prayers and condolences to the family. Mrs. Artemis was always the perfect hostess when my family came to visit. I always felt welcome and loved. The last time I saw her was her grandson's wedding and I let her wear my faux cape. That's the least I could do to show my appreciation for all she did in the past. I'm going to miss her! Family be strong because we know she's in a better place.
