Mother Rodgers transitioned into eternity on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at the age of 96.

The Farewell Life Celebration will be held Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 2:00pm from the sanctuary of the Center Ridge Baptist Church, 822 Co. Rd. 25, Midway, AL.
The eulogy will be given by Reverend Aurelius D. Williams.

Interment will follow in the Center Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.
