Mr. Horace Willis, Sr., a resident of Lanett, AL, died Thursday, November 28, 2019 at his residence.

Funeral Services are scheduled for Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. (EST) from Zion Rest Baptist Church Heard Center, Rev. Frederick Stanley, Pastor/Officiant and Pastor Teresa Reece, Eulogist.

Interment will follow in Zion Rest Cemetery, Valley, AL. Davis Memorial Mortuary of Valley directing.

Public Viewing is scheduled for Friday, December 6, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Davis Memorial Mortuary Chapel.

His survivors include: five children, Janice V. Foreman, Belinda A. McGee, Theresa D. Willis, Horace Willis, Jr. and Samuel Willis III; 12 grandchildren, Lateshia Willis, Tashieka (Corey) Frazier, Steven Andrews, Jr., Damien Mathis, Takila Lovelace, Ariah Willis, Horace Willis III, Markieus Hill, Maisha Foreman, Curtis Foreman, Reginald Foreman and Nakeisha McGee; 15 great-grandchildren, his very special friend and caregiver, Carey Askew; and, a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
