Obituary For Mr. Dennis Story

Mr. Dennis Story, a resident of Lanett, AL, died Friday, July 19, 2019 at his residence.

Funeral Services are scheduled for Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. from Mt. Hermon Baptist Church, 1601 Magnolia Road, Lanett, AL with Dr. Lamar D. Johnson, Pastor/Officiant and Rev. Karanja Story, Eulogist.

Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, Lanett, AL. Davis Memorial Mortuary of Valley directing.

Mr. Dennis Story was born April 15, 1960 in Chambers County, Alabama to the late Mrs. Jenna “Betty Jean” Story Patino and Mr. Henry L. Story, Sr.

At an early age, Mr. Story accepted Christ and joined Mount Hermon Baptist Church under the pastorate of the late Rev. C. L. Daugherty.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Jaddex Story. Mr. Story departed this life on Friday, July 19, 2019.

A legacy of love is entrusted to the following survivors: two loving sons, Keenan Story and Cherric Evans; six grandchildren, Jessiah, Inrekay, Ashaneti’, Tyler, Chenoa and MacHenry; five siblings, Henry (Sonya) Story, Jr., Marie (Terry) Story, John (Lisa) Story, Gary Wright and Michelle H. (Jimmy) Johnson; three aunts, Nadine (John) Davis, Janice Walker and Elizabeth Walker; and, an array of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
