Harold was born in Franklin County, the 3rd of 9 children, to Hoyt and Martha Andrews. He loved growing up with his brothers and sisters and often reminisced on his time spent with them. He joined the Army at the age of 20 and took great pride in his honorable military service of almost 5 years. He married Dean in June of 1961, and they enjoyed a wonderful marriage filled with love and laughter. They later welcomed 2 sons. Harold loved being a dad, especially coaching their baseball teams. He worked at Gold Kist for most of his career and later joined Customized Paper Services retiring in 2010. Harold’s life was one marked with integrity. He was a man of steady character who kept his word and remained deeply rooted in his faith. Harold was a faithful Christian, a loving husband and father, and loyal friend. We can be sure that the truth of Proverbs 20:7 will endure for his family,

“The just man walks in his integrity: blessed are his children after him.”
