Mr. Phillip Henry Mullins passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at the age of 77. He was born on January 7, 1949, to the late Homer Mullins and Leola Whitaker Mullins in Columbus. Married to Sophronia Farley Mullins.

The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Mullins will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Greater Beallwood Baptist Church with interment following at Green Acres Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Progressive.
