Mrs. Robbie Lee Hawkins, 88, of Hephzibah, GA passed away peacefully on June 27th, 2026 in Jefferson, GA surrounded by the love of her family.
Robbie was born January 7, 1938 in Gaffney, SC to Harry and Elroy Watkins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a twin sister, three brothers, and her deeply missed husband of 52 years, David Hawkins.
Mrs. Hawkins was a loving mother, grandmother, homemaker, and military wife.
Although Robbie’s life was rich with many interests from collecting antiques and spending time at Casinos to cooking, shopping and traveling, it was the everyday moments spent with loved ones that brought her the most happiness.
She leaves a legacy of love and cherished memories with her two children: Linda Mitchell (Kenneth), Santa Rosa, FL and Robert Hawkins (Sharon) Evans, GA; a devoted granddaughter and caregiver, Candace Mitchell (Chris Harris), Jefferson, GA; a sister-in-law, Bertha M. Thomas, Martinez, GA; Grandsons: David Cantwell (Alisha), Douglasville, GA; Christian Hawkins and Evan Hawkins of Augusta, GA; two great-grandchildren: Paislee Hawkins, Houston, Texas and Tristan Cantwell, Douglasviille, GA; a special friend, Doris Young, Aiken, SC; her cherished Siamese, Libby Lou and a host of loving friends and extended family.

A private memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Robbie Hawkins will be held at 12 noon, June 30th, at Brick & Bean in Jefferson, Georgia.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a memorial donation to the charity of their choice in honor of Mrs. Robbie Hawkins.
