Ms. Gloria Fearn (74) of Valley, Alabama, gained her wings into eternal rest at EAMC Lanier, Valley, Alabama on June 3, 2026.
At the family’s request, there will not be a Public Viewing.
Ms. Fearn will lie in state at the church from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour

Ms. Gloria Patton Fearn was born on September 1, 1951, in LaFayette, Alabama, to the late Annie Pearl Billingslea and Jim Earnest Billingslea.
Gloria departed this life on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and service.
Gloria graduated from Lanett High School and earned her degree from Alabama A&M in Huntsville, Alabama. She proudly served in the United States Army for 17 years where she worked as a Finance Specialist.
Family was her greatest joy. She was a devoted mother to Chrystle D. Session and Amber N. Brooks; a loving grandmother to Taija D. Session and Ximarie I. Woody; a proud great-grandmother to Amyus K. Glasco; and an amazing aunt to Jacque McCoy, Amanda McCoy, and Alfonza Edwards Jr.
She shared a close bond with her sisters, Americus McCoy and Marjorie Edwards, especially enjoying trips and special moments together. She was also blessed with the love and support of her brothers-in-love, Earl McCoy and Alfonza Edwards.
Known for her warm heart and generous spirit, Gloria never met a stranger. Her home was the center of holiday gatherings, always filled with love, laughter, and family.
Gloria will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
