Mr. David Palmer II passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at the age of 78. He was born on September 16, 1947, to the late David Palmer I and Francis Palmer, in California.

The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Palmer II will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Wynnton Hill Baptist Church with interment at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. at Progressive.
