Mr. Ruperto Rogelio Foster passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the age of 76. He was born on April 20, 1950, to the late Rupert Fitzgerald Foster and Leroy Desmond Foster in Panama.

The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Foster will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Progressive with full military honors.

There will be a private interment at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery at a later date.

Progressive Funeral Home staff considers it a honor and privilege to serve the Family of Mr. Ruperto Rogelio Foster.
