Mrs. Cynthia Louise Teel, 60, of Valley, Alabama, passed away on April 11, 2026 at her residence. She was born in Chambers County, Al, on June 22, 1965, to the late William O’Neil Wood and Margaret White Wood.

She had worked as a secretary at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in Lanett, Al.

Cindy is survived by her husband, Earl Teel, daughters; Charity (Shane) Sanders and Breanna (Ryan) Striblin, step-sons; Shane (Beth) Teel and Bryan (Brandy) Teel, grandchildren; Britney, Jessie, Kendall, Shayna, Clayton, Chase, Tucker, and Addie Mae, great-grandchildren; Stetson, Sterling, Collins, Emi, Jayden, Emery, Wrenley, and Hudson, her mother, Margaret Wood, brothers; Allen (Sam) Wood, Tim Wood, and Keith Wood.

She was preceded by her daughter, Kelsey Teel, and her father, Neil Wood.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
