Mrs. Annie B. Anderson (Brimett) passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the age of 84. She was born on August 26, 1941, to the late Theron and Aline Brimlett in Gilmore, AK.

The Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Anderson will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 11;00 a.m. in the Chapel at Progressive with interment following at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. Service will be live-streamed (see clickable link below)

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. at Progressive.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sonya Anderson; two grandsons, Andrew and Matthew Anderson; 4 brothers, Archie Woods, Kamal Sharil, Alfred Brimlett, and Willie Brimlett; and one sister, Aline Brimlett.

Cherishing her memory is her husband, Eddie L. Anderson; son, John (Yashica) Anderson; three grandsons, Anthony M. Anderson-Dewitt, Jontavis, and Jadarius Anderson; three sisters, Johnnie (Bernard) Parker, Georgia White, and Marsha (Larry) Campbell; three brothers, Larry, Richard, and Theodore Brimlett, a host of other family and friends.
