DeWayne Allen Walmsley, age 51, of The Rock, GA, passed away on February 17, 2026. He was born on March 20, 1974, in Trenton, MI.
DeWayne was a talented artist with a passion for creativity. He found joy in tattoo artistry and drawing, sharing his gift with those around him. His work reflected not only his skill, but also his heart. DeWayne had a natural ability to make people smile and laugh. His kindness, loving spirit, and sense of humor touched the lives of many.
Above all, DeWayne loved his family deeply. He cherished time spent with them and valued the bonds he shared with those closest to him.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Patsy Ann Rachel; his brother, Robin Dale Rachel; his grandfather, Robert Jewel Presley; his grandmother, Eula May Presley; and his uncle, Robert DeWayne Presley.
DeWayne is survived by his beloved wife, Deborah Walmsley (Dickson); his father, Roy (Ruth) Rachel of Smithville, TN; his two sisters, Priscilla (Steve) McQueen of Manchester, TN; Angela (Rick) Shifer of Bucyrus, OH; his three brothers, Roy Rachel Jr. of Southgate, MI; Rodney (Debbie) Rachel of Southgate, MI; Aaron Rachel of Mansfield, OH; as well as many cherished nieces, nephews, aunts, and cousins.
DeWayne will be forever missed by all who knew and loved him, but his laughter, his art, and his loving spirit will live on in the hearts of many.
A celebration of life ceremony will be held at a later date.
