Mrs. Jessica Toby passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026, at the age of 75. She was born on November 30, 1950, to the late Clifford Waiters and Lilly Pearl Henderson in Red Level, FL.

The Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Toby will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., graveside at Evergreen Memorial Garden.

Visitation will be on Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at Progressive.
