With heartfelt sympathy, the Staff of Carter Funeral Home announces the peaceful transition of Ms. Cassandra D. Tarver-Ross.

Ms. Cassandra D. Tarver-Ross transitioned into eternity on Monday, January 26, 2026, at the age of 55.

The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday, January 30, 2026, from 2:00pm until 5:00pm at
Carter Funeral Home.

The Farewell Life Celebration will be held Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 11:00am from the sanctuary of the County Line AME Zion Church, 119 Co Rd 66, Union Springs, AL.
The eulogy will be given by Pastor Karri Minor, Sr.
Interment will follow in the County Line AME Zion Church Cemetery.
