Obituary For Robert L. (Bobby) Adams

Mr. Robert L. (Bobby) Adams 79 of Lanett, Alabama died Saturday February 9, 2019 at the Bethany House Hospice.

Mr. Adams was born in Langdale, Alabama November 24, 1939 to the late Earnest Spaulding Adams and the late Myrtle Bell Adams, he was a member of the Victory Baptist Church in Lanett, was a US Marine Veteran, and a 50 years member of the Langdale Lodge #516 F. & A.M. and was retired from West Point Stevens Lanett Mill, and was an avid Alabama Fan.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday February 13, 2019 at 1PM (ET) 12 Noon (CT) at Jeff Jones Funeral Home in LaFayette with burial to follow at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Lanett with the Rev. Steve Langley and the Rev. Terry Magby officiating, Masonic rites will be accorded at graveside.

Visitation will be held Tuesday at the funeral home from 6PM until 8PM (ET) 5PM until 7PM (CT)

He is survived by his Wife Betty Adams of Lanett, Al. 2 Children Stacey (Jonathan) White of Valley, Al., Shane (Tammy) Adams of Lanett, Al., 2 Sisters Dianne Sattershite of LaGrange, Ga., Joyce Fowler of West Point, Ga., 4 Grandchildren Jonathan & Matthew Adams and Brance & Colt White, and 2 Great Granddaughters.
