Mrs. Ruby Elma Crocker McCloud passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at the age of 89. She was born on October 1, 1936, to the late Miller Crocker and Johnnie Mae Beall in Lumpkin, GA.

The Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. McCloud will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at St. James AME Church with interment at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Progressive.
