Ms. Norma Jean Joseph passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the age of 81. She was born to the late James Heard and Elsie Randolph on January 31, 1944, in Columbus.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Joseph. Cherishing her memories are her 2 children, Essec Joseph and Tonda Joseph Jackson.

There will be no services for Ms. Joseph.
