Graveside Services for Mr. Willie Joe Tucker, will be held Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 11:00 am EST at the Pine Hill Cemetery, 2167 22nd Street SW, Lanett, Alabama 36863.

Willie Joe Tucker, III was born on August 14,1948 in Langdale, AL and the late Willie Joe “Ted” Tucker Jr. and Annie Lou Heard.

He was preceded in death by his parents, beloved grandparents; Willie Joe, Sr. and “Ma Sue” Tucker; and his two brothers. Charles and Roy Heard Jr..

Joe, affectionately known by many as,“Stop and Go” ,will be remembered and cherished by his seven children, Chris (Cynthia) Jackson of Auburn, AL, Sonya (Shandor) Calloway of Huguley, AL, LaToyi (Terron) Wright of Marietta, GA, Mark (Latasha) Tucker of Shawmut, AL, Bridgette Antoine of Stockbridge, GA, Michelle (Freriquz) Williams of Cusseta, AL, and Fallon (Antonio) Ferrell of Fayetteville,GA; twenty grandchildren, Sherrell Caldwell, Quintavious Roberts, Tiffany Jones, Ethan & Seth Wright, Afton Markeisha Jones, Tramarquis Quindexter Jones, Markeisha Nykiya Cinnay Jones, Dykevious Perrion Tucker, Zyamber Monae Todd, Javean Martino Murphy, Markhyah Ell’asia Tucker, Makenzie Alonna Tucker, Markus Eldridge Tucker, Makayla Amora Tucker, Sherrod Martin, Justin Garmon, Frerdarious Williams, Chance & Zoey Ferrell; nineteen great grandchildren; five silbings, Michael (Cherre) Heard, Johnny (Carol) Heard, Betty Lou Winston all of Lanett, AL, Patricia Huguley of West Point, GA, and Gloria Ayitey of Atlanta,GA; one great uncle; Willie Goss of Lanett, AL; a special friend, Kenny Cooks and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
