Dr. Rose Wright Willis passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at the age of 90. She was born on January 2, 1935, to the late Leonard Wright and Christine Evans Wright in Columbus.

The Homegoing Celebration for Dr. Willis will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Nazareth Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Progressive.
