Obituary For Lesia A. Richardson

Mrs. Lesia Annette Richardson passed away quietly Monday at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 58 years old.

A daughter of Mrs. Shirley Dobson Paige and the late Lawrence Charity, Lesia was born in Richmond, VA., and was a graduate of Charles City High School in Charles City, VA. For many years, she have been employed at the Army Air Force Exchange Services(AAFES) at Ft. Benning, GA. She was a devout member of South Columbus United Methodist Church. Other than her father, she was preceded in death by her loving step-father, Silas Paige, Sr.

Surviving other than her caring mother are a loving and devoted husband of 30 years, Willie D. Richardson; two loving sons, Walter Raynor and Shawn Richardson; an adoring grandson, Cameron Raynor; three siblings, Silas Paige, Jr., Shirley King(Jonathan) and Linda Tyler(Cecil);two uncles, Junious Dobson(Jacqueline) and William Dobson(Fannie); her mother-in-law, Margareen Richardson; her in-laws, Purvis Richardson, Wonda Grayson and Trianna Hunter(Kenneth); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life service for Lesia will be conducted Eleven O'clock A.M. Saturday, December 15, 2018 in the sanctuary of South Columbus United Methodist Church, officiated by Pastor Reggie Williams. Interment will be held Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Parish Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Charles City, VA. Visitation is 1:00 til 6:00 P.M. Friday, December 14, 2018 at the funeral home.
