Mrs. Shirley Crutchfield passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the age of 78. She was born on November 3, 1946, to the late Seamon Howard and Ophelia Duncan Howard in Valdosta, Ga.
Married to Charles Crutchfield, Jr.; Daughter, Lekeisha Hudson (Thomas); preceded in death by a son, Charles Crutchfield, III.

The Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Crutchfield will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2025, in the Chapel of Progressive at 3:00 PM with interment immediately following at Green Acres Cemetery.
