Ms. Rubye Askew Walker passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at the age of 102. She was born on August 6, 1922, to the late Irene Askew Howard in Columbus.

The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Walker will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 1:00 PM in the Chapel at Progressive with interment at Green Acres Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, 3 until 5:00 PM.
