Obituary For Gwendolyn Camille Manuel

Miss Gwendolyn Camille Manuel passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2018 while residing in Richardson, TX. She was 47 years of age.

The daughter of Mrs. Nettie Evans Manuel Hardaway (G. D.) of Columbus, GA and the late Joe Manuel, Miss Manuel was a Columbus native who was a 1989 graduate of Baker High School. She further her studies at Columbus State University and obtained her Masters Degree from Howard University. She was a member of Riverview Baptist Church and was employed as a computer analyst with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Texas.

Other than her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Connie L. Manuel.

Surviving her departure with cherished memories, include her loving and devoted mother and stepfather, Mrs. Nettie E. Hardaway and Mr. G. D. Hardaway; three beloved aunts, Pula Walton, Pearline Siner and Annie P. Jefferson (Alfred); a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

The Homegoing Celebration for Miss Manuel will be held Friday, October 12, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., Graveside at Evergreen Memorial Park. Reverend Larry Williams will officiate.
