The caring Staff of Carter Funeral Home announces the peaceful transition of Ms. Gloria D. Smith of Uniontown, Pennsylvania.

Ms. Smith, previously of Union Springs, Alabama, transitioned into eternity Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at the age of 73.

The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday, April 11, 2025, from 2:00pm until 5:00pm at
Carter Funeral Home.

The Farewell Life Celebration will be held Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 2:00pm from the sanctuary of the Mt. Silla Baptist Church, 409 W Locke Ave., Union Springs, Alabama.
Interment will follow in the Mason Cemetery.
