Pulega Sala Atuatasi Sene passed away on February 9, 2025, in Columbus Georgia. Our beloved mother was born on January 29, 1942, in Fagasa, American Samoa, to Akiono and Tamole Tuinei. She was later adopted by Tanu and Faitu Atuatasi.

Pulega received her early education at Fagasa Elementary School before attending Poia High School in Pago Pago, American Samoa. On February 5, 1963, she married Fa’aea Tauaola Sene in Fagasa, American Samoa, and together they built a loving family. Pulega was a devoted wife, mother, grandma, and great-grandma.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Progressive Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place on Friday, March 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Progressive Funeral Home.

Pulega’s legacy of love and dedication to her family will be cherished by all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those she leaves behind.
