Mr. Perez Putman Carter passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at the age of 62. He was born on August 19, 1962, to Johnny Putman and Helen Carter in Moultrie, GA.

The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Perez will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Peaceful Holiness Church at 11:00 AM with interment at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery with Full Military Honors.

Visitation Wednesday 2 - 5:00 PM at Progressive.
