The staff of Carter Funeral Home announces the transition of Mr. Demetric Marchell Thompkins of Union Springs, Alabama.

Mr. Thompkins transitioned to eternity Saturday, December 7, 2024, at the age of 35.

The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday, December 20, 2024, from 2:00pm until 5:00pm at Carter Funeral Home.

The Farewell Life Celebration will be held Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 2:00pm at the Bullock County Career Technical Center, 304 Blackmon Ave., Union Springs.
The eulogy will be given by Pastor Belinda Birkley.
Interment will follow in the Mason Cemetery.
